By far the best dentist i have been to. Will not be changing. I am or i was terrified of going to dentist but they have completely turned things around for me. Nice clean and very friendly.
A think its a nice surgery the staff are polite well apart from 1 in behind the reception desk but you cant get everything Sharon is really good a had an extraction and a fitting for false teeth and all through it a felt at ease and got treated with respect so all in all a think its a really good dentist especially compared to the one a was previously at now they where butchers so if your in need off a dentist you can do not much better than this one.
THE MANAGER LINDA IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE CORSE .SHE WAS SO RUDE ON THE PHONE . I WOULDNT HAVE HER CLEANING MY BLOODY FLOORS NEVERMIND RUNNING A DENTAL PRACTICE !!
Been going to this dentist for a lot of years, yesterday I had to have an extraction, I was really anxious, but as usual Sharon and her lovely assistant made me feel at ease, then the extraction was done and I cannot believe how easy it was, my kids go to Sharon too and they actually look forward to going because again Sharon is so good with them, the reception staff are all really friendly too definitely 5 stars
Speaking from personal experience, I have a MAJOR phobia of anything Dental. That said, I've been a patient of Sharon's for years and she's an absolutely amazing dentist, very experienced and gentle and very good at reassuring the less confident patient (that's me). Sandra is the Dental Hygienist, also a lovely lady, always smiling, always friendly. The reception staff are also all very polite, friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough.
